This blend with our wheat beer balances on the boundary of sour or white. By gradually adding our sour base beer (Sour) to our white base beer (White) we try to find that taste limit. We still consider this a wheat beer but it was a challenging quest not to lean too much towards the sour side.

    Storage: This blend should preferably be drunk young. Store bottles upright.

    To serve: serving temperature 5-8 ° C.

    The malt sweet taste with a slight bitterness complemented by a fruity tartness.
